Barnes and Nobles is the number one bookstore according to students at Mission Hills. It is the best place to get new and upcoming books being released. "I buy almost all of my books from Barnes and Noble," freshman Belen Novelo said.
Concerts are a common way music listeners enjoy their favorite artists on a deeper level, this is a large-scale view of a Coldplay concert in San Diego. Even from far away, the music was so loud and flooded the entire stadium. Vanessa Gomez stated, "Coldplay's songs connect with people's lives."
Sophia Kothe plays a 40th anniversary Fender Squire Stratocaster. She has been playing guitar for two years. "Sophia has improved so much over the past two years and has grown so much in her style," freshman Kaiya Barris said.

Mason Marquez introduces a segment for the new OneTV episode. He brought forth the Senior Spotlight interviews enthusiastically to make the viewers more interested. “When I am introducing a segment, I always try to sound as energetic as I can so it pulls the viewers in,” junior Mason Marquez said.
Actors and actresses rehearse for the upcoming spring musical at Mission Hills High School. "Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief" will make its debut at the end of April. "It's really fun because you get really close with the cast, and it's a good outlet," freshman Elijah Mott says.
The vinyl pressing for The Tortured Poets Department comes in multiple variants, one of which is a "phantom clear" exclusive at Target that contains the bonus track, "The Manuscript," in addition to the regular tracks. "I like it a lot more than I thought I would. It's one of my favorite albums," sophomore Chloe Leviton said.
Jacob Lawrence fails to put on a jacket for the rainy days. Mission Hills has been experiencing inclimate weather and many students are unprepared in dressing for the occasion. "It's still better than a sunny day," senior Chris Ornelas said.
Four of the main Avatar cast are showcasing their abilities in the moment. These are standstill shots from the live-action, which provided an insight into the production value and small character details. “I believed that the original creators and writers had a lot of influence on this one..." teacher Shehan Sirimanne said.
Freshman Layla Tran studies for her biology quiz by reading a textbook. By not using her phone she reaps the most benefits and sets herself up for success. "I didn't used to like reading. But once I got into it I couldn't stop," says Tran.

The YA T.V. show shot in popularity among fans, making remarkable records quite early in its release. "It was a great adaptation of the books, I loved it!" exclaims freshman Belen Novelo.
A Good Girls Guide to Murder and As Good As Dead rest on a table, being 2/3's of the whole series. The books are a story about a young, high school girl solving Fairview's murder mysteries and bringing about justice. “I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery or thrillers with a little bit of romance too.”
