Sophia Novelo, Editor In Chief
(She/Her) Sophia Novelo is a senior and this is her second year in journalism. As an Editor-in-Chief, Sophia fosters an environment in which students’ voices are encouraged and heard in an ethical way. Maintaining professionalism and journalistic integrity within her work is what she strives for. When Sophia’s not writing, she enjoys drawing and listening to her favorite bands either on Spotify or from her ancient collections of CDs, cassettes, and records. (Ugh! What a snob.) Sophia can also be found playing drums and drawing, hoping to become a starving artist on the streets. Sophia is “stoked” to hone her writing skills and put her creative flair to use while co-leading the Silvertip.
