As a first year journalism student, going straight to photo editor was a struggle, but definitely worth it. Not only did I walk into a new class, but into a new leadership position- which I truly did NOT expect to happen. It’s my last year of high school and I plan to make the most of it by doing what I’m passionate about: taking pictures. Besides photography, I love movies- like, LOVE them. I always find myself looking up Behind the Scenes videos because I want to know what’s really going on. Now that I think of it, that’s probably why I enjoy journalism so much. It gives us a chance to dig deeper into a subject we are curious about. Other not so interesting stuff about me is that I really want to go Iceland, my dog’s name is Shaggy, and I love bread.
