Boys Volleyball

Last week was a very great week for our boy’s volleyball team, as they had two games, which they won both of them. The first game was a home game versus Mission Hills’ biggest Rival, the noisy neighbors, San Marcos. The game was played on Tuesday, Apr. 11th, and would end in a three-one victory, in sets, by the Grizzlies. The Grizzlies would continue their eight-game win streak, and make it nine with a close three-two victory against San Dieguito Academy on Wednesday, Apr. 12th, at home. This upcoming week, the boy’s volleyball team has two games, with the first being a home game, and the second being an away game. This week is even more important, as the boy’s volleyball team has the opportunity of tying and breaking the most wins in a single season, as 22 would be tying, and 23 would break the record, officially putting this 2023 team into the record books. The first game, to tie the record, is a home game on Tuesday, Apr. 18th against league opponent Mt. Carmel, at 5:45 p.m. The second game was away on Wednesday, Apr. 19th against Ramona, at 6:00 p.m. If the boy’s volleyball team wins out this week, they will officially hold the most wins by any Grizzlies boy’s volleyball team in a single season, ever. Send all your support this week Grizzlies!

Then, on Saturday, Apr. 15th, they would also lose nine-five. This upcoming week, the baseball team plays Sage Creek three times. The first game is home on Tuesday, Apr. 18th at 3:30 p.m., and the second is an away game on Thursday, Apr. 20th at 3:30 p.m. The third and final game will be a home game on Saturday, Apr. 22nd at 10:30 a.m. Go Grizzlies!
