Boys Basketball

   The boy’s basketball team on Wednesday, Jan. 18th, played a top league competitor, La Costa Canyon. This game would result in a 57-69 loss, but the Grizzlies would bounce back on Friday, Jan, 20th. As, they played away at cross-town rivals, San Marcos, and won by a score of 62-51, with 30 of their 62 points being scored by Junior, Jacob Bishop. This upcoming week, the boys play away at El Camino on Wednesday, Jan. 25th, and on Friday, Jan, 27th play Carlsbad at home, a team that’s beaten them in the last two matchups. Come out and support them this Friday!

Girls Basketball

   The girl’s basketball team had a dominating week, sweeping all three of their opponents. On Tuesday, Jan. 17th, the girls beat Del Norte at home by a score of 70-47. Then, on Friday, Jan 20th, the girls played an away game at Rancho Bernardo, beating them by a score of 67-36. Finally, the girls ended the week with another win, beating Winward at Winward by a score of 57-51. The girls dominated this week by having an average win of 16+ points. This upcoming week the girls have four games, with the first one being an away game against El Camino on Tuesday, Jan. 24th at 5:30 p.m. The second game is a home game on Wednesday, Jan. 25th against Catherdal Catholic, at 7:00 p.m. The third game is on Friday, Jan. 27th, which is a home game against Carlsbad at 5:30 p.m. Finally, the fourth game will be nonleague, a home game against Mount Miguel on Saturday, Jan. 28th at 6:00 p.m. Come support our girls!

Boys Soccer

   The boy’s soccer team played two games with the first one being an away game on Wednesday, Jan. 18th, at San Marcos, losing two to one. Their second game was a home game on Friday, Jan 20th, against Sage Creek which they won three to zero. This upcoming week the boys have two games, with one on Wednesday, Jan. 25th, a home game against La Costa Canyon at 5:30 p.m. The second game is an away game against Vista, on Friday, Jan. 27th at 7:00 p.m. Let’s go Grizzlies!

Girls Soccer

   The girl’s soccer team had two games, the first was a home game against Torrey Pines on Tuesday, Jan. 17th, losing one to zero. The second game was against San Dieguito, another home game, in which the girls won three to one. This upcoming week the girls have three games, the first game being on Tuesday, Jan. 24th, an away game against Poway at 7:00 p.m. The second game is against Canyon Crest, a home game on Thursday, Jan 26th at 5:30 p.m. The final game is an away game against our town rivals, San Marcos. Saturday, Jan. 28th; Game starts at 7:00 p.m. make sure to go support our Grizzlies!

Girls Water Polo

   The girl’s water polo team played an away game against Rancho Beuno Vista on Tuesday, Jan. 17th, in which they, unfortunately, lost 7 to 11. This upcoming week the girls have two games, the first being on Tuesday, Jan. 24th, a home game against Torrey Pines at 4:00 p.m. The second, being another home game on Friday, Jan. 27th, which is against Mt.
