Sports Recap: January 18,2022
This is your weekly sports recap
Boys Basketball
Last week the boy’s basketball team played against Del Norte and won 77 to 49. In the same week, they won another game versus Westview 59 to 45. The school’s basketball record is now 13 wins and five losses. Tomorrow is a game versus Rancho Bernardo at 7 p.m. here at Mission Hills. This Friday, Jan. 21 Mission Hills is going against San Marcos at their court at 7 p.m. Don’t miss the game and cheer them on!
Girls Basketball
The girl’s basketball team played against Del Norte and won 68 to 46 last week. Within the same week, the team also played against Westview and won 86 to 37. During the Weekend they played Incarnate Word Academy and lost 71 to 32. Yesterday the girl’s basketball team played against Folsom losing 69 to 59. Leaving the girls’ basketballs record at nine wins and six losses. This week the team will be playing tomorrow here at our court at 5:30 p.m. against Rancho Bernardo. They will also be going against San Marcos at their court at 5:30 p.m. so don’t be late!
Boy’s Soccer
The boy’s soccer team had two games last week, they played against Ramona losing two to one, and winning four to zero against Valley Center. Making the boy’s soccer team with seven wins, six losses, and one tie. This week Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 5:30 p.m. they will be going against Fallbrook here on our field! They will also be facing Escondido Friday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. that will be held here.
Girl’s Soccer
The girl’s soccer team also had two games last week against Mt. Carmel won one to zero. The next game they played was a tie being zero to zero against Westview. Tomorrow they will be playing against Del Norte at 7:00 p.m. on their court so don’t miss it and cheer them on. Our girl’s soccer team will also be playing against San Marcos Friday, Jan. 21 at 5:20 p.m. on their field.
