HOMH: Ariana Jorden elaborates on the dangerous effect substance abuse has on those you love
“My dad was arrested several times for drunk driving. He was in and out of my life because of his habit. I want everyone to know that you can’t do whatever you want, or go get drunk or high without first thinking about the repercussions. Going down that road destroys the people around you as much as it can destroy yourself. I know from firsthand experience because my father did it to me. I hope everybody cherishes the relationships they have with the people they love and do everything in their power to not give in to drugs and/or alcohol because you won’t come out as the same person and you’ll have to live with the guilt of hurting your loved ones.”
