The Silvertip

Ariana Jorden
Ariana Jorden is a senior at Mission Hills High School. It is her second year in journalism, in which she is serving as one of two of The Silvertip’s Editors in Chief. A girl whose personality lies on the literal center between introvert and extrovert, Ariana is a former yearbook staff member and is involved in several school clubs as well, one of which she is a secretary for and that is the Half the Sky Club. Ariana is also a member of Link Crew, a group of student leaders that assist freshmen with their transition into high school. She is the recipient of a 2017 Presidential Award for Language Arts and is the proud big sister to overly-energetic Joshua (3) and sweet baby Jaclyn (1). Aside from her academic commitments, Ariana’s interests consist of makeup, writing, listening to music that speaks to her soul, reading, drawing, going for drives, relaxing on a rocking chair and caring for her siblings.
