Sophie Lemus
Sophie Lemus is a sophomore at Mission Hills High School and a new staff writer for the sports section of the Silvertip. She spends most of her time doing homework for her challenging honors and AP classes and going to soccer four days a week. Her hobbies include playing competitive soccer (which she has done for 12 years), drawing, and playing softball.  Sophie also enjoys hanging out with friends and family during her free time. Sophie is currently passionate about global issues such as immigration and pollution. Sophie’s goal is to get into her dream school, Duke University, to become a Biomedical engineer while also continuing her passion: playing soccer.
