A small, cute gift option is a personalized song plaque, perfect for someone who’s big on music or loves very unique and uncommon gifts. The plaque can even have a picture of the person instead of an actual album! Several students have attested to this being a wonderful gift idea, though with a strong reminder: “I think they’d have to know the exact song I would want on it for it to be more impactful,” said junior Randie Benelli.
There’s nothing better than getting a basket full of the things you love most! Getting your friend a gift basket personalized to their interests or needs is sure to make them jump with joy. What can go into a gift basket is endless—whether it’s a basket of skincare, plants and hot cocoa, or something more unique and special, such as, “a KoRn themed basket with art supplies,” according to Anthony Prokes.
Friendship bracelets are a common gift often seen among elementary schoolers, but who said it has to stop then? Friendship bracelets are an adorable way of expressing your friendship with a close friend of yours, not to mention they can be personalized to your taste and worn anywhere at any time! It’s a perfect way to really tie in your friendship. Student Randie Benelli says, “Friendship bracelets—especially if they’re handmade—mean a lot to me because the person cares and puts in the effort to make something handmade and sentimental.”
With new movies coming out constantly, the chances of your friend wanting to watch one are high. If there’s a special day coming up and they’ve been dying to go see a movie, surprise them with a pair of tickets to go watch it! Not only is it a satisfying gift for them, but it’s also a great bonding experience for both of you. Some students, such as junior Anthony Prokes, have also emphasized, “…[it] would be even better if we got food there too!”
