Luca Tettero captures a crystal clear image of is promising future

Tettero may appear to be an average student, but his overwhelming success is undeniable.

  Somewhat tall and seemingly oblivious, Luca Tettero is the essence of an “average man.” He works quietly and keeps to himself, but once one delves deeper, a clever and comedic personality shines through. Having interest in both photography and science, Tettero hopes to apply both skills in his future.

  “I like photography, because it allows me to express my creativity. Ms. Sokolowski helped influence me not only with those creative decisions, but throughout my high school years. We had a lot in common: being vegetarian was one,” Tettero said.

As a teacher’s aid, I really saw Luca shine. He would take initiative to help students in the beginning photography class since he had gone through that process himself. His projects throughout the years represent his overall personality: clever, smart, genuine, funny, and nice,

  As a determined AP student, Tettero aspires to pursue a scientific career while maintaining photography as one of his hobbies. Excelling in one of Mission Hills’ toughest courses, AP Physics, he is deepening his understanding and passion towards science.

   “As a teacher’s aid, I really saw Luca shine. He would take initiative to help students in the beginning photography class since he had gone through that process himself. His projects throughout the years represent his overall personality: clever, smart, genuine, funny, and nice,” Ms. Sokolowski said.

  After attending Palomar College, Tettero will pack his bags and head to Norway to attend the University Of Bergen; with its natural and stunning attractions, Tettero will continue to capture the moment.
